Oil drain plug torque and others

I obtained a list of torque values from a source I cannot divulge. Suffice it to say these are what is correct from the factory. Most people will only use the oil drain plug and screen values. Please note values are expressed in Newton-meters.

Thanks!

I see a rated/min/max column. Is the rated column the torque setting?
