New owner in the Seattle area

Well I am just checking in as a new owner in the Seattle area. Traded my Motot Guzzi Stelvio and Honda CB500x in on a '17 red 950 and so far could not be more pleased. 160 pound lighter than the Stelvio and more than twice the horsepower of the Honda - what's not to like.

Wow didnīt realize the Stelvio is that much heavier...lower HP too although it is a great looking bike.

Welcome

Welcome - I imagine your thinking is the 2 bikes you traded in would be redundant with the Multi covering those bases nicely?

Yes. The long distance ability of the Goose, with the every day rideability of the Honda (though not the mpg) for commuting - plus just regular here to there on weekends. I am fairly sure - at least for me - it fits the bill.

Seen a lot of people do what you did, even if it meant not getting a Multi but a KTM equivalent, so much that slowly the used bike market is getting flush with those types of bikes. Definitely keep us posted on how things go.
