Ducati Multistrada950 Stock Exhaust Note

Here's a video of the stock exhaust note on the 2017 Ducati Multistrada 950. Just a few revs, walk around, and a couple more revs at the end.

The camera's sound recording isn't the best, there's too much feedback to really hear the multistrada 950. But the sound doesn't really matter to me at the end of the day, all I'll be hearing through my helmet is the rush of the wind and maybe my own thoughts.

It's typically really hard to get any real sense of how anything sounds through a camera. Unless you have some real expensive equipment, you're not going to get anywhere close to it. The depth just can't be captured at all.

Even with good equipment that still wont help, you being on the other end with cheap headphone negates all of that. Now if its a promo your watching in a movie theatre thats a different story

I agree with that completely. No matter the quality of the input, the output is what you're going to hear and if you're using regular earphones or speakers even, you won't be able to grasp it at all.

Ducs usually sound good to me right from the factory, which might explain why I on the street I don't see any many of them with aftermarket systems than I do with bikes from other bike makers

They typically do, but you'll always have the guys, including myself, that just can't leave anything alone and feel the itch to change something lol

I'll definitely be finding one for that. Hopefully it'll be good enough so the nagging doesn't last more than a day or two from the madam haha

Depending on where you live, the neighbors might be on your case more, just subtly. Not everyone likes how loud bikes can get since most people drive quiet cars.
